An Italian meal is considered to be the most wholesome in the world; consisting of a number of stages with food items of every type, Italian meals are delicious and nutritious, at the same time. Such a combination is insanely hard to come by, but Italians have it on a daily basis. Italian dishes are made using a large number of healthy vegetables, fruits and spices which cater to all the nutritional needs of the human body. A typical Italian meal consists of three or four stages or courses, and Italians love community gatherings and community meals. This combination of large meals and community gatherings makes chow-time last really long in Italy. It is interesting to note that Italian cuisine offers the unique combination of proteins and carbohydrates in the same meal! Few other cultures in the world have such combinations of meals, making Italian dishes very unique indeed. The meal usually starts with the ‘aperitivo’, or the appetizer followed by the ‘primo’, or the first course of the meal. Common appetizers include Campari, Aperol, Vermouth, etc. The main course consists of dishes that are meant to be eaten hot; these dishes tend to be quite spicy as well. Following the primo is the ‘secondo’, which is the second course of the meal. It is in the second course of the meal that Italians actually consume meat. To finish off, Italians take a dessert like ice cream, more or less like the rest of the world. Getting such a meal is not possible even in an authentic Italian restaurant; however, it is definitely possible to enjoy the individual dishes a-la-carte, using Olive Garden coupons. Olive Garden coupons are for people who enjoy Italian food, and want to eat their fill without having to empty their pockets of all money. Olive Garden coupons are available online, and have to be printed to be used at the restaurant.
